To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xovity LLP is not liable for loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
